Churches and tax exemptions - billing issues

Anyone dealt with church utility billing? I've got a Methodist church in Atlanta paying sales tax on their Georgia Power bill when they should be exempt. Also looks like they're on a commercial rate when there might be a special religious facility schedule. Thoughts?
Check if Georgia Power has a Schedule RF or similar. Some utilities have special rates for religious facilities that are lower than standard commercial. Tax exemption should be straightforward with proper documentation.
I've done several church audits. The tax exemption piece is usually easy money - just need to file the right forms with the utility. Make sure you check if their daycare or food service areas qualify for different treatment.
Thanks for the tips. I'll dig into the Georgia Power tariff book for religious facility rates. The church does run a small daycare during the week, so that could complicate things.
