Client has 3 small retail locations, each averaging 1,800-2,200 kWh monthly. All three are on GS-2 rate but I think they should be GS-1 based on usage. PSE&G threshold is 2,000 kWh for small vs large general service. Worth pursuing?

Small retail chain - wrong GS classification
PSE&G usually auto-adjusts rate classifications based on rolling 12-month average. If they're consistently under 2,000 kWh, definitely file for reclassification. Should be straightforward with them.
Thanks Bonnie. One location is right at the threshold - averages 2,050 kWh. Worth fighting for that one or focus on the clear-cut cases?
Focus on the obvious ones first. The borderline case might bounce back and forth anyway if usage fluctuates seasonally.
