What's everyone's minimum monthly bill threshold for small commercial? Got inquiries from businesses with $900 and $1,200 monthly bills. Even with rate errors, recoveries seem too small to justify the time investment.

Minimum monthly threshold - when to walk away?
I usually don't touch anything under $1,500/month unless it's part of a multi-location deal. The math just doesn't work on smaller accounts unless you find something really obvious.
Depends on your overhead and fee structure. I've done profitable work on $1,000/month accounts but only when I can spot issues quickly in the initial review. If it requires deep diving, not worth it.
The $900/month account might be worth a quick look if you suspect they're on residential rate. That's usually an easy catch with good recovery potential.
