Just wanted to share a win - small office complex with 8 units, total monthly bills around $4,200. Found they were all incorrectly classified as Schedule B-1 instead of the small commercial rate. Landlord is thrilled with the $680/month total savings across all units.

Small office complex success story
Nice work Carlos! Rate classification errors are definitely the low-hanging fruit in small commercial. How long did the utility take to process the corrections?
Eugene, took about 6 weeks with PSE&G. They wanted detailed usage analysis to justify the reclassification, but once I provided that it went through smoothly.
Love these multi-unit wins. The client gets meaningful savings and you get paid on the combined amount. Win-win!
