Churches and nonprofits - special considerations?

Getting more inquiries from churches and small nonprofits lately. Beyond the obvious tax exemption issues, are there other billing quirks I should watch for? Working with a Methodist church that's pulling $2,200/month with Georgia Power.
Clyde, definitely check if they're getting the nonprofit rate discount. A lot of churches don't even know it exists. Also watch for seasonal usage patterns - many have huge spikes during summer camps or holiday events that might push them into higher demand tiers.
And lighting! Churches love their exterior signage and landscape lighting but often get stuck on the wrong lighting tariff. Saved a Lutheran church $380/month just by getting their sign lighting moved to the correct schedule.
Good points all around. One thing to add - nonprofits often qualify for energy efficiency rebates they never pursue. Not directly billing related, but it's good customer service to point those out when you find savings elsewhere.
