Quick question on PSE&G territory - what's the threshold between small and large general service rates? I have a small office building that's right on the borderline and want to make sure I'm calculating correctly. Their peak demand has been bouncing between 45-55 kW.

I believe PSE&G uses 50 kW as the threshold. If they're hitting above 50 kW consistently, they should be on large general service. But double-check the tariff - some utilities have different rules about how many months you need to exceed the threshold.
Thanks Art! I'll pull the current tariff to confirm. This could be significant if they've been on small general service while regularly exceeding 50 kW. The demand charges are quite different between the two schedules.
