Small retail - lighting tariff vs general service

Working on a small clothing boutique that has extensive exterior signage and window displays. PSE&G has them on general commercial but wondering if they'd qualify for the lighting/signage rate schedule. Monthly bill is about $1,650. Anyone familiar with PSE&G's lighting tariffs for retail?
PSE&G's lighting schedules are pretty restrictive. Unless the majority of their load is dedicated lighting circuits (not just having lots of lights), they probably won't qualify. The tariff requires separate metering for lighting loads in most cases.
That makes sense Susan. I'll check if they have separate meters for the exterior signage at least. Might be worth splitting that load if it's substantial enough and currently bundled with the main service.
