Just wanted to share this victory - finally received a $67K refund from Ameren Missouri for a power factor dispute that started in January 2022. Took multiple PSC complaints and threats of legal action but we got there. Client had almost given up hope. Sometimes persistence really pays off!

18 months is ridiculous Gary! What was their excuse for taking so long? $67K is a substantial amount - glad you stuck with it.
They kept claiming they needed to "verify the calculations" but it was obvious stalling. The power factor penalty was applied during a month when the client's facility was shut down for maintenance - clearly an error. PSC finally ordered them to pay within 30 days.
