ComEd refusing to provide meter records for dispute - what now?

Working on a demand ratchet dispute for a client in Chicago with ComEd. I've requested 24 months of meter records and they keep giving me the runaround - first they said 10 business days, now it's been 6 weeks. The account rep claims they need special permission from engineering. Anyone dealt with this before?
ComEd can be difficult with meter records. Try escalating to their regulatory affairs department and mention you're preparing a formal complaint with the ICC. That usually speeds things up. Also cite ICC Part 412.160 - they're required to provide this data within reasonable time.
I had the same issue with them last year. Took 3 months to get interval data for a hospital. What finally worked was filing the ICC complaint - suddenly they found the records in 48 hours. Cost $25 to file but recovered $14K so worth it.
Thanks both! Filed the ICC complaint today and already got a call from their regulatory department. Amazing how that works. Should have the meter data by Friday.
