Hitting a brick wall with DTE Energy in Michigan. Found a $12,000 overcharge on power factor billing but their customer service rep literally told me "we don't make mistakes" and hung up on me. Anyone else dealt with this level of arrogance from DTE? Thinking of going straight to the Michigan PSC.

Isaac - DTE can be absolutely terrible to work with. Skip the runaround and file with the MPSC immediately. They're used to dealing with DTE's attitude problem.
