Ameren Missouri Formal Complaint Process - Timeline Question
Dan - Missouri PSC is usually pretty quick. I've seen them resolve straightforward billing disputes in 60-90 days. More complex cases can take 6 months but they keep things moving.
Thanks Manny. 60-90 days sounds reasonable. This is a pretty clear-cut rate schedule error so hopefully it stays on the shorter side.
