Georgia Power Escalation Path - Need Help with Stonewalling
Nancy - ask to speak to the Revenue Protection department. They handle billing disputes and actually have authority to approve refunds. Customer service is useless for this stuff.
If Revenue Protection doesn't work, file with the Georgia PSC. They're pretty responsive and Georgia Power hates dealing with commission complaints.
