Just wanted to share a success story with PSE&G in New Jersey. Found a demand ratchet error going back 3 years on a Schedule GLP customer. PSE&G initially pushed back but once I provided the load curve analysis, they agreed to the $23,400 refund within 4 months. Sometimes they actually do the right thing!

PSE&G Dispute Victory - $23K Recovery in 4 Months
Nice work Hank! PSE&G can be reasonable when you have solid documentation. What was the key piece of evidence that convinced them?
Mike - it was the 15-minute interval data showing their demand ratchet calculation was using peak demand from a different season. Once I laid out the tariff language side by side with the actual billing, they couldn't argue.
Great outcome! PSE&G has been pretty good to work with in my experience. Much better than ConEd anyway.
