It's been 9 months since Xcel agreed to refund $8,900 for a TOU rate classification error in Colorado. They keep saying "it's in process" but no check yet. How long do these refunds typically take with Xcel?

Xcel Energy Refund Timing - Anyone Else Waiting Forever?
Marcus - 9 months is ridiculous even for Xcel. I'd file a complaint with the Colorado PUC at this point. They're probably hoping you'll forget about it.
Xcel paid mine in about 6 months but that was pre-COVID. Everything seems to be taking longer now. Marie's right though - 9 months is excessive.
Thanks guys. Going to give them one more call then filing with the PUC if they don't have a specific date.
