What Documentation Do You Always Include in PUC Complaints?

Filing my first formal complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission against ComEd. What documents do you veterans always include to make the strongest case? I have billing history, tariff pages, and meter readings but wondering what else I might be missing.
Don't forget your Letter of Authorization from the customer - ICC is strict about that. Also include a detailed calculation showing exactly how much was overcharged and how you arrived at that number.
Greg's right about the LOA. I also always include copies of any correspondence with the utility showing they refused to correct the error. Makes it clear you tried to resolve it directly first.
Load profile data if you have it, especially for demand billing disputes. Visual charts showing the billing error over time are worth their weight in gold with commissioners.
