Just wrapped up a case with DTE Energy in Michigan. $8,900 demand ratchet error going back 20 months. Filed the formal complaint and they responded in 4 weeks with full approval and refund check. Pleasantly surprised by how professional they were throughout.

DTE Energy dispute process - surprisingly smooth
DTE has really improved their process in the last few years. Used to be a nightmare but now they're pretty responsive. Good to hear they're maintaining that standard.
That's encouraging. I have a potential DTE case in my pipeline - $12K worth. Nice to know they're being reasonable these days.
What type of documentation did they require? Working on a similar demand ratchet case and want to make sure I include everything upfront.
Standard package - LOA, billing history, tariff pages showing ratchet calculation, and my analysis. They didn't ask for anything additional. Pretty straightforward process overall.
