Filed a formal dispute with Ameren Missouri in May for a $14,300 transformer loss credit error. They keep asking for more documentation and delaying. At what point do I go to the PSC? This is getting ridiculous.
Ameren Missouri stonewalling - 6 months and counting
Ameren Missouri is notorious for delay tactics. File with the Missouri PSC now - 6 months is way beyond reasonable. They'll get serious once regulators are breathing down their neck.
Had the same problem with them 2 years ago. Missouri PSC complaint got them moving within 2 weeks. Don't wait any longer - they're just hoping you'll give up.
