Dominion Virginia - anyone work with them lately?
Worked two cases with them last year. They're methodical but fair. Make sure your documentation is perfect - they'll nitpick every detail. Once they agree there's an error, they pay promptly.
Dominion's pretty good actually. Had a $7,200 recovery with them 6 months ago. Took about 8 weeks from filing to check. Just be prepared for lots of back-and-forth questions during their review.
