Documentation checklist for formal disputes?

Working on my first major dispute with ComEd - $28,000 overcharge over 3 years. What documentation should I include with the formal complaint to make it bulletproof? Want to get this right the first time.
Essential items: signed LOA, complete billing history for dispute period, relevant tariff pages with highlights, your analysis showing the error, and any prior correspondence with the utility. Don't overwhelm them but be thorough.
Add meter records if you can get them, especially for demand billing disputes. Also include a clear timeline of when the error started and your calculation methodology. ComEd likes everything spelled out step by step.
One thing - make sure your LOA specifically authorizes you to file disputes and receive refunds. Some utilities will reject claims if the LOA is too narrow. Learned that the hard way with Ameren a few years back.
