Been going in circles with Xcel customer service on a rate schedule error. Need to escalate but don't know the right person or department. Anyone have contacts at Xcel for billing disputes?

Ask for the Revenue Protection department - they handle billing disputes above a certain dollar threshold. Regular customer service can't authorize big refunds anyway.
Zach's right about Revenue Protection. If that doesn't work, the PUC in Colorado is pretty responsive to complaints against Xcel. They don't like utilities dragging their feet.
