Three months trying to get AEP Ohio to acknowledge a simple rate classification error. Been through customer service, supervisor, and revenue protection. Everyone just passes me to someone else. Thinking about PUCO complaint but seems like overkill for a $6,200 issue.

AEP Ohio dispute escalation failure
Darlene, $6,200 isn't small money and three months is plenty of time for AEP to respond. PUCO complaint is definitely warranted at this point. AEP will take you seriously once the commission is involved.
You're right Claude. Filing with PUCO tomorrow. Getting tired of the runaround on something this straightforward.
