Dominion Virginia is fighting a $45,000 refund claim tooth and nail. They keep asking for more documentation and questioning every calculation. Anyone else find Dominion particularly difficult to work with on large claims?

Dominion Energy pushback on large refund
Donna, Dominion gets very defensive on anything over $20K. I've found you need to be extremely detailed in your documentation and prepared for multiple rounds of questions. They eventually pay but make you work for it.
Had the same experience. Dominion made me provide meter records, load profiles, and detailed tariff analysis for a $38K claim. Took 8 months but eventually got paid in full. Stick with it.
Thanks Ken and Nancy. Good to know it's not just me. I'll keep pushing and provide whatever they ask for. Client is getting impatient but sounds like it's worth the wait.
