FPL dispute documentation requirements

First time filing a formal dispute with Florida Power & Light. What documentation do they typically require? I have the billing analysis and LOA from client, but wondering if there's anything else I should include upfront.
Howard, FPL wants copies of all disputed bills, your calculation methodology, and relevant tariff pages highlighted. They're pretty thorough in Florida. Also include a clear summary of what you're claiming and why.
Add meter reading records if you can get them. FPL sometimes challenges usage calculations, so having the actual meter data helps support your case. They'll provide it if you ask but easier to request upfront.
Great advice! Filed with all documentation yesterday. FPL acknowledged receipt and said 30 days for initial review. Fingers crossed they're reasonable.
