PSE&G dispute escalation - need advice

Working on a PSE&G dispute for incorrect TOU billing. They applied peak rates during off-peak hours for 8 months. Customer service supervisor keeps giving me the runaround saying their billing system is correct. How do I get past these first-level people?
Omar, you need to ask for the Revenue Protection department at PSE&G. They handle billing disputes above supervisor level. Regular customer service doesn't have authority to make significant adjustments.
Also request the actual meter interval data from the disputed period. If they applied peak rates during off-peak hours, the interval data will prove it. PSE&G has to provide this under NJ regulations.
Great tips! Got transferred to Revenue Protection yesterday and they're reviewing the meter data now. Much more professional than customer service. Should have gone there first.
Update: PSE&G found the error and processed a $7,400 credit. Revenue Protection was the key - thanks Cindy!
