Quick question on Florida Power & Light - what's their statute of limitations on billing adjustments? I found an error going back 4.5 years but want to make sure I'm not wasting my time. Client is eager to pursue but I don't want to overpromise.

FPL statute of limitations question
FPL follows Florida's 4-year rule for billing corrections. At 4.5 years you're probably out of luck for the early stuff, but you should be able to recover the last 4 years. They're pretty strict about the statute so don't expect any flexibility.
That's what I figured. Still worth about $28K for the 4-year period so client is happy to proceed. Thanks for confirming!
