Potential client has a large power factor issue with AEP Ohio going back 3 years. Anyone dealt with them lately on billing disputes? Wondering about their cooperation level.

AEP Ohio - any recent experience with disputes?
AEP Ohio has actually been pretty reasonable in my experience. They're slow but fair. Power factor errors are usually straightforward for them to verify and process.
I agree with Dolores. Had a $23K power factor recovery with them last year. Took 4 months but they paid without argument once they verified the calculations.
Thanks, that's encouraging. Client is looking at about $18K potential recovery so definitely worth pursuing.
