Newer to the business and want to make sure I'm covering all bases when filing disputes. What's everyone's go-to documentation package?

Documentation checklist for disputes?
Catherine, my standard package: 1) Letter of Authorization 2) Complete billing history 3) Relevant tariff pages with violations highlighted 4) Calculation worksheet 5) Any correspondence with utility 6) Supporting technical docs if applicable.
Helen's list is solid. I'd add meter data if you have it, and any site photos that support your case. Visual evidence can be powerful.
Great question Catherine. The key is telling a complete story with your documentation. Make it easy for the utility to understand the error and how you calculated the refund. Organization matters as much as content.
