Linda, Georgia Power can be really tough. I've had good luck working with Sarah Martinez in their commercial disputes group. Try reaching out directly - sometimes bypassing the normal channels helps.
If Sarah doesn't work out, consider filing with the GA PSC. Georgia Power doesn't like regulatory complaints and they tend to settle quickly once the PSC gets involved.
Thanks Beth and Ken. Will try Sarah first, then PSC if needed. This client is getting frustrated and I don't blame them.
Linda, document everything with Georgia Power. Their commercial disputes can get contentious and you'll want a paper trail if it goes to the PSC. Sometimes persistence is the only thing that works with them.
