PSE&G formal complaint process - any tips?

Client has a $47K overcharge that PSE&G is stonewalling on. Ready to file formal complaint with NJ BPU but never done one before. What documentation do they typically want beyond the standard analysis and LOA?
NJ BPU is pretty thorough. Include copies of all correspondence with PSE&G, the complete billing history, and your tariff analysis. They'll also want to see that you tried resolving it through normal channels first.
$200 filing fee but you get it back if you win. Timeline is usually 6-9 months but PSE&G often settles before it gets to hearing. Make sure your analysis is bulletproof - BPU staff will scrutinize everything.
Oscar, the key with PSE&G formal complaints is patience and documentation. They hate the public scrutiny so many times they'll come to the table once the complaint is filed. Keep your client informed about the timeline - this won't be quick.
Thanks everyone. Filing this week. Client understands it's a long process but $47K is worth the wait and effort.
