Customer service at Dominion Virginia has been giving me the runaround for 3 months on a simple rate correction. Does anyone have escalation contacts within their commercial billing department?

Dominion Virginia - escalation contacts?
Try reaching out to their Manager of Commercial Services. I don't have current contact info but they've been helpful in the past when customer service fails.
If that doesn't work Duane, file with the Virginia SCC. Dominion responds much faster when the commission gets involved.
Found a supervisor contact through LinkedIn. Sometimes social media works better than official channels! Will try that before going to SCC.
