FPL is tough Catherine. Make sure your documentation is bulletproof before filing. They will find any excuse to deny or delay. What kind of error are you disputing?
Incorrect demand billing on Schedule GSD-1. Should have been using contract demand instead of actual demand for past 18 months. About $22K potential recovery.
That's a good case if you have the contract documentation. FPL will verify every detail but they do pay when they're clearly wrong. Just takes patience.
