About to file a dispute with PSE&G for incorrect rate schedule application over 2 years. Haven't worked with them before - are they reasonable to deal with or should I expect a fight?

PSE&G in New Jersey - anyone have recent experience?
PSE&G has gotten better in recent years Noel. They usually respond within 60-90 days and don't fight obvious errors. What's the potential recovery?
Around $14K total. Client was on BGS rate when they should have been on CGS. Pretty clear-cut case.
That should be straightforward. PSE&G doesn't usually fight rate schedule corrections when the documentation is clear. Good luck!
