What documentation do you include with PUC complaints?

First time filing a formal complaint with the Georgia PSC against Georgia Power. Have LOA, 3 years billing history, and tariff pages. What else should I include to strengthen the case?
Include meter records if you can get them, especially if it's a demand billing issue. Also create a simple timeline showing when you first contacted the utility and their responses.
Don't forget to document any phone calls - dates, times, who you spoke with. Georgia Power loves to claim they never heard from you.
All good advice above. I'd also include a calculation showing exactly how much is owed and how you arrived at that number. Make it easy for the PSC to understand your position.
