ComEd dispute taking 8 months - anyone else?

Filed a formal complaint with ComEd back in May for a $12K demand billing error on Schedule GS-2. Customer service keeps saying "under review" but it's been 8 months now. Anyone else dealing with ComEd dragging their feet on refunds?
ComEd is notorious for this. I had one take 14 months before I escalated to the ICC. They suddenly found the money within 3 weeks after the PUC got involved.
Same experience here Eugene. ComEd seems to think if they wait long enough, we'll just give up. File with the Illinois Commerce Commission - they hate that.
Thanks guys. Looks like I'm filing with ICC tomorrow. Client is getting antsy and I don't blame them.
