Brochure or Leave-Behind - Still Relevant?

I'm meeting with a prospective client next week and debating whether to bring a printed brochure. Feels kind of old school but I want to leave something tangible. Do any of you still use printed marketing materials?
I have a single-page leave-behind that I designed in Canva. Front side: what we do, the problem we solve, and a dollar figure from our biggest recovery. Back side: 3 brief case studies and my contact info. It costs me about 15 cents per copy at FedEx. I leave one after every in-person meeting and about half the time the prospect mentions it when they call back.
I actually think a good leave-behind is more relevant now, not less. Everyone's inbox is flooded. Everyone ignores digital ads. But a nice printed piece sitting on someone's desk keeps you visible in a way that an email buried in their inbox never will.
I just started and was about to drop $800 on professional brochure design. Should I go cheap like Canva or invest in something slick?
Start with Canva. You can always upgrade later once you know what messaging works. I've redesigned my leave-behind 4 times in the last 6 years as I've refined my pitch. Would've been expensive to pay a designer each time.
