Client wants presentation slides - any templates?

Got a new client who wants me to present findings to their board next month. They're specifically asking for PowerPoint slides. Anyone have a good template or structure they'd be willing to share? This is my first formal board presentation.
Lester, keep it simple. I usually do: Title slide, agenda, methodology overview, key findings (3-4 slides max), recommendations, and Q&A. Board presentations should be 10-15 minutes with lots of time for questions.
Make sure you have backup slides with all the detailed calculations. Board members love to ask "how did you get that number?" and you need to be ready to drill down into the specifics without fumbling around.
I learned the hard way - always have the utility contact info ready. Someone will ask "who do we call about this?" and you better have names and phone numbers. Makes you look like you've got everything handled.
Great tips everyone. Mike, that's a really good point about the utility contacts. This is a ComEd territory client and I've got good relationships with their commercial reps. Should I suggest setting up a three-way call?
Absolutely offer that three-way call option. Shows you're not just dropping problems in their lap but actively helping solve them. Board members eat that up. Makes the whole audit feel like a service instead of just a report.
