Peer review process

Anyone interested in setting up informal peer reviews? I'm thinking we could exchange reports (with client info redacted) to QC each other's work. Fresh eyes often catch things you miss in your own analysis.
Pam raises valid concerns. Maybe we could do this with hypothetical examples instead? Create sample billing scenarios based on real situations but with fictional data. Would serve the same educational purpose without confidentiality risks.
I like where this is going. Maria's right that methodology review might be more valuable than specific findings review. Could we start with someone posting their general workflow and having others suggest improvements? Less sensitive than actual reports.
Andy's suggestion makes sense. Could also focus peer review on methodology rather than specific findings. Review the approach, calculations, report structure, etc. without needing actual client data. Might be more valuable anyway - teaches better practices.
Iris, interesting idea but concerned about confidentiality issues. Even with client info redacted, there might be proprietary information or competitive concerns. Would need to think through the legal implications carefully.
