Kevin - we've been using Monday.com for project management. Not utility-specific but handles workflows well. Can track which phase each audit is in, assign tasks, set deadlines. Works well for client communication tracking too.
I looked at some utility audit specific software but honestly most are overpriced for what they do. Built a custom solution using Airtable that tracks all our audit phases, automatically calculates project timelines, and integrates with our billing system.

For what it's worth, we tried several solutions and ended up with a hybrid approach - Trello for project tracking, QuickBooks for billing integration, and a custom database for utility rate storage. Not perfect but works for our volume.
