Georgia Power demand rider - need clarification

Looking at Georgia Power PL-1 rate schedule and there's a demand rider I haven't seen before. Shows up as "DR-1 Demand Adjustment" at $2.15/kW. Anyone know what this covers? Can't find explanation in tariff documents.
Elmer, that's their transmission cost recovery rider. Gets adjusted annually based on FERC transmission rates. Should be detailed in their tariff supplement or rider schedules.
Thanks Floyd. Found it in Schedule DR-1. Rate was $1.95/kW last year, increased to $2.15 in January. Customer has 450 kW billing demand so that's an extra $90/month. Small but adds up over time.
Georgia Power files new rider rates every December. Worth tracking if you have multiple GP clients. Demand riders can swing $0.50/kW year to year depending on transmission investments.
Rob's right about the annual changes. Also watch for fuel cost riders that sometimes apply to demand charges too. GP has several riders that aren't always clearly labeled on bills.
