AMI Programming Error After Meter Changeout

Eversource replaced mechanical meter with AMI last month on Schedule G account in Hartford. First AMI bill came in 40% lower than expected. Looks like they didn't program the CT multiplier correctly in their head-end system. Anyone know the best contact at Eversource for AMI programming issues? James C.
James C., I'd call their large customer service line first. If it's an AMI programming error they should be able to see the discrepancy between meter register and billed amounts in their system. Document your expected usage vs billed usage to show the variance. Sylvia D.
Thanks Sylvia D. Called this morning and they're sending out a tech to verify the programming. Apparently the new AMI meters require separate multiplier entries for energy and demand and they only programmed the energy side. Should be fixed by end of week. James C.
