AMI programming error - wrong CT ratio in system

Lloyd P. here from Independence MO. Evergy just installed new AMI meters on our office complex. The physical CTs are 200:1 but somehow their system got programmed with 100:1 multiplier. Our December bill was double what it should be. Has anyone dealt with AMI programming errors like this? They're saying it might take 2-3 billing cycles to fix and adjust.
Harold F. in Topeka. Evergy has had issues with their AMI rollout programming. Check your meter nameplate and make sure you have photos of the CT labels. Sometimes they batch-program meters wrong when they're doing large installations. The fix should be immediate, not 2-3 cycles.
Thanks Harold F. I'll push back on the timeline. The meter shows the CTs clear as day - 200:1 ratio. This should be a simple database correction on their end.
