They were actually pretty good about it once engineering confirmed the error. Took about 60 days to process but got full adjustment. Make sure you have the meter test results documented properly.

Primary metering is complex enough that utilities usually don't fight the corrections when there's clear documentation of the error. Your adjustment is big enough they'll probably want their own engineering review before processing.

They said happens occasionally during primary meter installations when VT specifications get entered incorrectly. Processing should take 6-8 weeks for the credit.
