Sub-Metering Multiplier Confusion in Office Building

Tess O. from Shreveport. Working with multi-tenant office building where landlord uses sub-meters for tenant billing. Main Entergy meter has 600:5 CTs with 120 multiplier, but tenant sub-meters show different multipliers. Some tenants getting huge bills while others seem too low. Anyone deal with sub-metering multiplier issues?
Greg S. in Omaha here. Sub-metering is tricky because each tenant meter needs its own CT setup. What CT ratios are the tenant meters using? They should be much smaller than the main service CTs.
Greg - that's the problem. Some tenant meters show 600:5 multiplier (same as main) but they're actually on 100:5 CTs. Looks like someone programmed all sub-meters with main meter multiplier. Tenants are getting billed 6x actual usage.
