Mixed Use Property Rate Classification Help

Leslie N. in Macon - have a property with retail storefront on ground floor and apartments upstairs. Georgia Power has them on general service but wondering if mixed-use properties qualify for different rates? The residential portion is about 60% of total electric usage based on submetering. Anyone dealt with mixed-use rate classifications?
Lee C. in Savannah - Georgia Power typically requires separate meters for mixed-use properties to get residential rates on the apartment portion. If it's single meter, they classify based on primary use or default to commercial rates. Check if master metering is preventing proper classification. Lee C.
Lee - it is single meter service unfortunately. Property owner didn't want to pay for separate residential meters when building was developed. Sounds like we're stuck with commercial classification? Leslie N.
