Arnold K. from Bismarck - most utilities don't have true seasonal rates anymore. You might look at time-of-use options or see if APS allows temporary disconnection during off-season to avoid demand charges.
Arnold, temporary disconnection might work but they'd lose refrigeration and security systems. Need to keep minimal power year-round. Haven't found any seasonal rates in APS tariff book yet.
