Brenda S. in Chattanooga. Keep hearing about insurance agents as good referral sources but not sure how to approach them. What's the value proposition for them? Why would they want to refer utility auditing services to their clients?

If you can help their clients save money on operating expenses, it strengthens their relationship. I partner with three agents here and they love being able to say "I know someone who can review your electric bills for potential savings."
