Brenda S. in Chattanooga. Keep hearing about insurance agents as good referral sources but not sure how to approach them. What's the value proposition for them? Why would they want to refer utility auditing services to their clients?

Insurance agent referrals - how to approach them?
Beth H. from Jacksonville. Insurance agents are always looking for ways to add value for their clients beyond just selling policies. If you can help their clients save money on operating expenses, it strengthens their relationship. I partner with three agents here and they love being able to say "I know someone who can review your electric bills for potential savings."
That makes sense Beth. How do you initially approach them? Do you offer any kind of referral fee or commission?
