Ian, my opening is: "Hi this is Phil with Acme Utility Consulting. I help manufacturers in Louisiana reduce their electric bills by 15-25% through rate optimization and demand management. Do you handle facilities management or should I speak with someone else?" Key is being specific about who you help and the results you deliver. Gets them curious about the 15-25% savings claim.
