Rate Schedule CT ratios - what counts toward coincident peak?

Alabama Power measures CT at the point of interconnection, so backup generators running behind the meter actually help your ratio by reducing your contribution to system peak. The key is timing - if your generators are running during the monthly system peak hour, you get credit for that demand reduction.
