Oncor TDU Charges in Texas - Where to Find Current Tariffs?

Marcus T. here in Dallas. I'm auditing some commercial accounts and need to verify the current Oncor delivery charges. The retail electric provider bills show TDU charges but I want to cross-reference against the actual tariff. Oncor's website is a maze - anyone know where they actually post their current rate schedules?
Connie from Corpus here. Try the PUCT website - they have all the TDU tariffs filed there. Search for Docket 25002 I think for Oncor. But honestly I just call Oncor directly, their tariff department is pretty helpful. The website filing system is terrible.
Larry L. from Yonkers. Different state but similar issue with ConEd. I've found the utility websites often lag behind the actual effective dates. Always check the PSC docket system for any pending changes that might affect current bills. You might be looking at old rates.
Found it! PUCT has the Oncor tariffs under "Electric Substantive Rules" then "Delivery Tariffs". Current charges are $5.63 per kW for secondary service and $4.87 for primary. The bills I'm looking at show $5.41 so they might be on an older rate. Connie, might take you up on calling them directly.
Randy here. Marcus, make sure you're looking at the right voltage level and service classification. Oncor has different charges for secondary, primary, and transmission level service. Also check if there are any temporary adjustments or riders in effect. Texas TDU charges change pretty frequently and some REPs are slow to update their systems with new rates.
Randy, you nailed it. Found the issue - client has primary service but was being billed secondary TDU rates for eight months. That's about $2,400 in overcharges. The REP admitted their billing system had the wrong service code. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
Eddie H. from Spokane here. Wish we had competition like Texas but our PSE rates are filed with UTC. Marcus, curious what kind of documentation you needed to get that billing correction? We occasionally see service classification errors up here too.
Eddie, I had to pull the original service application showing primary voltage, plus get a letter from the facility engineer confirming they receive 12.47 kV service. The REP wanted Oncor to verify service level before processing the credit. Took about three weeks but got full refund plus interest.
