Marcus from Dallas. Rate case intervention is a specialized legal/regulatory practice. Refer them to an energy attorney. Our job is bill accuracy, not rate advocacy.
Stuart from Boulder. You could connect them with their industry association. Trade groups often intervene in rate cases collectively.
